The Louisiana Legislature’s Special Session begins today at 2pm — and it’s clear: this unnecessary session is a waste of taxpayer dollars while the Supreme Court has yet to rule on fair maps. But make no mistake — the fight for fair representation in Louisiana is far from over. At 3pm today, the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee will meet, and your voice needs to be heard.
