- By contributing, you certify that:
- The contribution is made in your own name using your own funds.
- You will not be reimbursed by another person or entity.
- You are legally permitted to contribute.
- The information you provide is accurate.
- Your total contributions do not exceed Florida’s applicable limit of $1,000 per election.
- Contributions may be publicly reported as required by Florida law. Political contributions are not tax-deductible. Recurring contributions continue until canceled and remain subject to legal limits.
- The campaign may reject or refund any contribution that is prohibited, excessive, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Political advertisement paid for and approved by Matthew Crowley for Winter Haven City Commission.

The campaign does not sell personal information for commercial purposes.
Payment Information
Contributions may be processed through third-party payment platforms. Those platforms may collect and process payment-card or banking information under their own privacy policies and terms. The campaign may not directly receive or store complete payment-card information.
